i reformatted my laptop compaq presario c500 with windows vista basic and now there is NO control panel like i click it and either it opens then quickly closes or opens and says there is nothing in the folder what happened? and damn do i have to reformat yet again? :(I just reformatted my windows vista basic laptop now there is no control panel?
There is an alternate way :
Click on Start button (windows logo) - type control in the search programs and files field located below all programs button %26gt; . Control panel will open for you.
You can do the above thing by pressing windows key + R and then typing control and hitting enter.I just reformatted my windows vista basic laptop now there is no control panel?
do a clean installation and let windows do it's thing you will be ok
